HOW TO GET STARTED

Enrolling your district in e-CAP's free check recovery service is quick and easy.  We will assist you with the enrollment process and will serve as your account manager to assist with customer support for the long term.

To get started simply complete three enrollment forms.  We also provide a completed example that makes it easy to understand how to complete the forms.

1. Merchant Application & Agreement (1 per bank account)

2. Terms & Conditions (1 for the district)

3. Bank Release, also called a Return Items Authorization (1 per bank account)

Use this completed example as a guide.

Fax completed forms along with a voided check to 888-807-8813. 

That's it.  Enrollment is quick and easy.

After we receive your enrollment forms, we provide guidance in the best manner to accomplish the important task of notifying check writers of your new check recovery process.  We also contact your bank to insure all future returned checks are sent to our check-processing center.

Following enrollment you will receive a Welcome Packet from e-CAP, access to your personal and secure online reporting system, and hard copy reports via email.  We also provide training in how the service works and the reporting system.
