All representatives for BCS are independent contract consultants compensated on a 100% commission basis. You can earn residual income from our vendors for the services we represent. We promote several attractive business services. BCS consultants visit with prospective clients to present one or more of our business solutions. This process will normally require more than one visit before you sign the merchant to use our service. We have very little involvement after the sale and primarily serve as the marketing arm for several vendors that promote through our growing national network of independent consultants. You earn commissions for the life of the account while you remain in good standing, gradually grow your client base, and remain available to support your accounts. Here are several of the key advantages of representing BCS and our business solutions.
With BCS there is NO INVENTORY, NO FINANCIAL INVESTMENT, NO INVOICING, NO LONG-TERM COMMITMENT, NO BOSS, NO EMPLOYEES, NO OFFICE and NO TIME CLOCK.
Work part time or full time, your choice. Work as much as you want or as little as you want. There will always be enough opportunity for the full timer and there will always be opportunity for the part timer when he or she returns from a vacation or time way. Reason: As an independent contract consultant you can set your own schedule. Work from your home, office or mobile office.
You can work on your own, or team up with a spouse or an associate. The team at BCS is not your boss. Rather we are a support system, always available to answer you questions, provide direction, and help you promote our business solutions. We provide free software for printing training material and promotional handouts. We provide comprehensive and convenient online training resources. We provide toll free numbers to answer your questions. We will give you the inside information on which merchants to target in order to maximize your time and increase your commissions. We will provide you with the resources and techniques to make effective presentations and strategies to close the sale. We give you the tools to earn as much as you want by growing your residual income as you build your client base. Some promote part time to supplement other income. Some work full time with the expectation of achieving respectable levels of income. Others work part time now with the goal of building an income level that will allow them to leave other employment in order to promote our business solutions full time. At BCS we want to help you achieve whatever level of success to which you aspire with our opportunity.
If you hate paperwork, this is the place. We have no inventory, we send no invoices, and we push no product. New account paperwork requirements are surprisingly simple. We like to say that our job as an independent consultant for BCS is to "find 'em, sign 'em, and fax 'em" because after you supply the new account paperwork you are free to move on to the next merchant. The vendors we represent do most of the work after the sale.
Our services provide business solutions intended to recover funds, lower expenses, or increase cash flow. In short, we are a revenue generation consulting organization. Several of our services are absolutely FREE while others are priced to be extremely competitive and therefore attractive to large-volume accounts as well as small "mom and pop" accounts.
Imagine how convenient it would be to spend a small amount of time on each account, close the deal, and then receive long term residual income for your efforts? This is one of the most attractive benefits of what we offer at BCS. After you recruit and sign a new account you benefit from long term residual income. This is the best way to generate earning power, in our opinion. This provides incentive to recruit accounts with the greatest need resulting in a greater volume and more residual income. Consultants who grow their client base at a modest level and service their accounts are rewarded with an increase in their commission level, providing incentive to earn more by recruiting more accounts.
We pay commissions once each month. Payment is made via direct deposit using electronic fund transfer (EFT). Each vendor we represent pays differently, and all funds received during the month on behalf of the accounts you recruit are paid to you by the middle of each month. We also provide monthly production reports so you will know the source of your residual income.
Those who promote for BCS carry the status of independent contract consultant. Therefore, we pay 100% of your earned commission and withhold nothing. However, we pay no expenses and offer no other financial compensation or benefits. At the end of each year we report wages to the IRS on IRS Form 1096 and to you on IRS Form 1099.
We have opportunity for advancement. "Area Management" positions are awarded within various market areas to individuals with the ability, aptitude and drive for sales management. Typically, an Area Manager can be assigned responsibility for one or more states, a metropolitan area or several counties. In return, our Area Managers receive a portion of the residual income for every consultant in their area whom they recruit, train and support. Area Managers are encouraged to recruit new accounts as well, while earning a larger share of the residual income revenue stream.

A sales background is helpful, but not a requirement. Some of our most successful consultants did not come to us from a sales environment yet quickly learned to present our business solutions and close the sale. Service issues are minor since we represent vendors that do most of the work. Our approach is to offer consultative advice, nurture a long-term relationship, offer real solutions that solve real problems, and to match the prospective client to one or more of our services in a way that will improve their cash flow and build credibility for you as their personal consultant. This is a win-win because it allows you to help business managers and owners in your market area in a way that builds trust and results in satisfied clients who are eager to refer you to their business associates. Obviously, if you have a sales background you are a step ahead. Your experience will provide you with the ability to quickly learn to present our services. A background in sales often helps one to organize their schedule, target the right prospects, know a prospects hot-buttons, handle questions and rejection as opportunities, effectively close the sale, and perform follow-up contact in a way that builds upon a consultant/client relationship of trust.
We have a few minimum requirements. You must be a high school graduate or GED. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States. In order to communicate more rapidly with a growing number of consultants across the nation, a computer with Internet access and a personal email address are a must. Access to a facsimile (fax) machine is helpful, but is not required. You will need Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher programs installed on your computer (we can provide suggestions where to purchase these products if you need to acquire the programs).
