Bernard "Rich" Blair, Jr. is the President of
Blair Consulting Services, Inc. After graduating
from the United States Military Academy at
West Point in 1976 he was commissioned as
an officer in the United States Army where he
served almost six years before civilian
employment as an engineer with a major
telecommunications firm. He left the Army at
the rank of Captain with qualifications as
an Airborne Ranger.
Rich continued his education while working for a major telecommunications firm and achieved his Master of Business Administration in 1996 through the University of Phoenix Online. After leaving the telecommunications industry in 2001, Rich formed Blair Consulting Services, Inc. and markets Paytek's free electronic check recovery service and DTI's FMZ load based economy control for fleets of class 7 and 8 diesel trucks.
Rich has offices in Florida and Texas. He enjoys travelling in Alaska, fly-fishing the Rocky Mountains and spending time with his canine companion, Rusty, a red and white Border Collie.
